Dedicating over 40 years of his life to preservation and conservation of the Philippines’ rich marine biodiversity, 1992 Ramon Magsaysay Awardee Angel Alcala proved his theory called “The 25% Solution” which resulted to sustainable fish supplies for generations to come. Not only did he find Nemo (and his other friends), he also found like-hearted communities that have adopted his advocacy.
